The process flow of the fish feed production line mainly includes the following steps:
Raw material preparation: Firstly, select fresh fish, vegetables, and other raw materials, mix them in a certain proportion, and crush them to ensure the success of subsequent processes
Mixing and stirring: The crushed raw materials are transported to the mixing and stirring equipment for thorough mixing and stirring. Puffing treatment: The mixed and stirred feed is transported to the puffing machine for puffing treatment. The puffing machine uses a high-temperature and high-pressure process to instantly expand the starch particles in the feed, thereby increasing the volume and taste of the feed, and improving its solubility and digestibility
Granulation molding: The puffed feed is transported to the granulation molding machine for molding, processing into particles of different shapes and sizes to meet the needs of fish at different stages
Drying and Cooling: The pelletized feed is dried by a drying device to remove excess moisture, and then cooled by a cooling device to maintain the quality and taste of the feed
Packaging and Storage: The fish feed processed through the above process is automatically packaged by packaging equipment, using advanced technology to ensure the sealing and long-term preservation of the feed
