‌Pani ball production line equipment

Pani Puri is a street snack originating from India, also known as pani puri or Indian bun. ‌

Historical background and production methods

The history of the Pani ball can be traced back to ancient India, where it was originally made to commemorate a saint. It's made by wrapping water hyacinth (a crust made from lentil flour) with a variety of seasonings and spices, often including potatoes, onions, lime juice and cilantro, and then topped with chutney and yogurt.

Taste and eating method

The pani balls have a unique texture, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the combination of chutney and yogurt makes them rich in flavor. When eating, you usually bite the pani ball open and mix the seasonings and spices inside with yogurt to neutralize the hot and sour taste and make it more appetizing.
