The pet chew production line is specially used to produce dog chew series products. It uses unique extrusion methods and molds to produce strip, stick, Fried Dough Twists, double color or multi-color chew food with different shapes and sandwiches.

1、 Process flow of dog bite adhesive

Raw material preparation → mixing → extrusion molding → cooling and conveying → cutting machine → conveying → drying → packaging.

2、 Configuration and Introduction of Dog Bite Adhesive Equipment

① Mixing machine → ② screw conveyor → ③ single screw extruder → ④ cooling machine → ⑤ cutting machine → ⑥ lifting machine → ⑦ oven.

1. Powder mixer: Add a certain proportion of water to the raw materials and mix them thoroughly and evenly.

2. Spiral conveyor: Using a motor as the power source, the mixed raw materials are transported to the feeding hopper of the extruder in a spiral manner, ensuring convenient and fast feeding.

3. Single screw extruder: Under high temperature and high pressure environment and screw extrusion, the specific particle size and shape can be changed by adjusting the production process of different feeds. If sandwich biting glue is to be made, two extruders are needed.

4. Cooling machine: Traction cooling conveyor.

5. Cutting machine: Cut the adhesive into different sizes according to requirements.

6. Elevator: lifting, loading and unloading materials.

7. Oven: Drying the materials to reduce the moisture content of feed particles, promote maturation rate, and increase shelf life.
