Bread crumbs making machinery and equipment

The production process of puffed bread crumbs mainly includes the following steps:

Raw material preparation: Choose high-quality bread as the raw material, usually using baguettes or toast bread. Cut the bread into thin slices, ensuring that the slices are dry and easy to puff.

Puffing treatment: Place the cut bread slices into an electric baking pan, preheat the pan, spread the bread slices open, and slowly bake over low heat until the moisture in the bread dries and the bread turns slightly yellow. This process requires controlling the heat to avoid burning.

Crushing and sieving: Take out the puffed bread slices and let them cool, then use a rolling pin to crush them. You can use a large pore sieve to remove larger particles and ensure the fineness of the breadcrumbs.

Drying and screening: Place the rolled bread crumbs in the middle layer of the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes to further remove moisture. After baking, cool and seal for storage, consume as soon as possible to maintain its freshness.

Characteristics and application scenarios of puffed bread crumbs:

Puffed breadcrumbs have the characteristics of lightness and fluffiness, and are suitable for various cooking and baking applications, such as fried chicken, fried fish, baked cakes, etc. Its lightweight texture can make the outer layer of food more crispy, while keeping the inside moist and juicy
