The production process of puffed rice paste mainly includes the following steps:


Raw material preparation: Select suitable main raw materials, usually grains such as rice, millet, etc. These raw materials need to be cleaned, ground, and screened to ensure uniform particle size.


Mixing: Mix various raw materials according to a certain formula, add water or other liquid components to form a uniform mixture.


Gelatinization: The mixture is gelatinized using a puffing device. This is usually done under high temperature and high pressure conditions, by steaming and cooking the raw materials to make the mixture appear as a viscous paste.


Squeezing: Squeezing the gelatinized mixture through a puffing machine to rapidly expand it. This step usually involves the process of high temperature, high pressure, and instant decompression, which causes the water in the mixture to evaporate and form a puffed structure.


Cutting and Forming: The puffed block material is cut and formed into the desired shape, such as granules, flakes, etc., using a cutting machine or forming machine.


Baking/Drying: Send the formed puffed food into a baking oven or dryer to evaporate the remaining moisture and make it crispy.


Seasoning: Spray or spread various seasonings on the surface of puffed food to enhance its taste and flavor. Seasoning can be customized according to market demand and consumer taste.


Packaging: Packaging finished products through automatic packaging machines or manual packaging. The packaging usually uses gas preservation packaging to extend the shelf life of the product.


Quality inspection: Conduct quality inspection on finished products, including testing of appearance, taste, moisture content, seasoning, and other indicators.


Finished product storage and distribution: Store qualified finished products and distribute them as needed. Storage conditions require avoiding moisture, direct sunlight, and high temperature.
