Puffed barley flour production line machinery and equipment

Production process: produced using advanced twin-screw extruder. During the puffing process of barley at high temperature, high pressure and high shear force, the starch granules are puffed and refined, the starch molecular chains are opened, the surface area of the food granules is increased, the digestibility is improved, the starch is digested and absorbed, and the protein peptide chains are split into Peptides and amino acids greatly improve protein absorption.

Process flow: barley → raw material screening → pre-processing → puffing → crushing → canning → puffed barley flour → inspection → qualified → leaving the factory
