1. Raw material pretreatment: Firstly, the raw materials need to be cleaned, peeled, and screened to ensure their purity and hygiene. Then add the raw materials to an appropriate amount of water and boil them;
2. Baking: Using hot air baking to dry the raw materials for the subsequent puffing process;
3. Puffing: The baked raw materials are sent into a closed puffing device, where under the action of high-pressure steam and temperature, the moisture is instantly vaporized, generating huge bubbles that rapidly expand the volume of the raw materials, resulting in a crispy texture;
4. Screening: Shake and weigh the puffed food, and screen and clean the unqualified products;
5. Flavor enhancement: Add various flavors of spices according to consumers' preferences, customize different tastes and flavors;
6. Packaging: Put puffed food into a packaging bag, add desiccant for sealed packaging to maintain the freshness and taste of the food
