1. Mixing machine: Select different models of mixing machines according to the production line output.

2. Feeding machine: using a motor as the power for spiral conveying, ensuring convenient and fast feeding.

3. Expander: different models of MT expansion host are selected according to different production lines. The output can vary from 100kg/h to 150kg/h, and corn flour, Rice noodles, flour, cereal flour, etc. can be used as raw materials.

4. Core injection machine: When the puffing machine produces hollow tubes, the core material is injected instantly, which can be used to inject peanut butter, chocolate sauce, etc.

5. Cutting machine: Cut the rice fruits with core material, and the size of the rice fruits can be adjusted between 2cm-20cm.

6. Elevator: Transport the rice fruits to the oven, and the height of the elevator is determined according to the oven.

7. Multi layer oven: The oven is mostly an electric oven, with a temperature adjustable between 0-200 degrees through a control cabinet. The interior is a double-layer stainless steel mesh bag, and the baking time can be adjusted according to the speed. There are three layer, five layer, and seven layer stainless steel ovens;

8. Seasoning line: There are octagonal tube, cylindrical tube, lifting single drum, and double drum seasoning lines, which are configured according to production volume and product properties. There are also oil spraying, sugar spraying, and coating equipment.
