Extrusion system: The main components of the twin-screw extrusion system are screws and screw sleeves. Both screws are left-handed, meshing with each other and rotating in the same direction. During the working process, scrape and grind the materials adhered to the screw, and push them forward. The screw is composed of seven parts. During the pushing process, the materials increase their mixing and squeezing ability, which increases the contact area between the materials and the sleeve, facilitating the absorption of external heating and facilitating the maturation of the materials; On the other hand, when passing through the last section of the screw, the material can fully withstand the shear force, increase internal energy, and complete expansion. The screw is connected by a spline shaft sleeve, forming a concentric screw as a whole. This connection method has good interchangeability, is easy to assemble and disassemble, and is easy to replace.
