Tartary buckwheat slices production line
The production process of bitter buckwheat slices mainly includes the following steps:
Raw material preparation: Select high-quality tartary buckwheat powder as the main raw material, and prepare other auxiliary materials and additives according to the product formula.
Mixing flour: Mix the main ingredients such as bitter buckwheat flour and flour with a certain proportion of water and additives evenly to form a moist dough
Puffing: Use a puffing machine for puffing treatment, and select the appropriate puffing host model according to the production line output, such as TSE65, with a production capacity of 100kg/h-150kg/h
Forming and cutting: The puffed material is formed and cut into the desired shape using a forming machine and a cutting machine, such as triangles, small gourds, small fish, cow horns, etc
Frying: Place the formed semi-finished product into an automatic frying pan for deep frying, making it a three-dimensional finished product
Seasoning: Seasoning treatment is carried out through seasoning lines, and suitable seasoning equipment is selected according to the production volume and product properties, such as octagonal drum, cylindrical drum, lifting single drum, double drum, etc
Packaging: Finally, packaging is carried out to complete the entire production process
In addition, there is a non fried production method.
Non fried production method: Mix bitter buckwheat flour, wheat flour, corn starch with water, mature, shape, slice, and dry to obtain semi-finished products, and then bake them instead of frying them to make bitter buckwheat slices. This method can preserve more than 90% of the natural nutrients in buckwheat cereal, with a crispy texture and low fat content
