The core production process of the pet chew adhesive production line includes the following steps: raw material mixing, raw material transportation, extrusion molding and maturation, cooling and temperature reduction, cutting and shaping, multi-layer oven maturation, cooling and transportation, and packaging.
The specific steps are as follows:
Raw material mixing: Mix various meat raw material powders and gelatinous powder materials evenly, and adjust the moisture content.
Raw material conveying: Use stainless steel dragon automatic conveying to enter the spiral extruder.
Extrusion molding curing: Hot extrusion molding is carried out through a screw extruder, and the extrusion temperature can be freely controlled to ensure that the molding state, microstructure, puffiness, and hardness meet the requirements.
Cooling and Temperature Reduction: Due to the high temperature of the bite particles after extrusion molding, they need to be cooled to reduce their internal and external temperatures to room temperature to ensure storage
Cutting and shaping: Cut the cooled long adhesive stick into uniformly sized particles, and the particle length can be controlled by adjusting the cutting speed.
Multi layer oven curing: Use an electric oven for curing treatment, with a temperature between 0-200 degrees, and adjust it by the control cabinet to increase the shelf life.
Cooling and transportation: Cool again to room temperature for subsequent packaging.
Packaging: Manual sealing machines or automated packaging machines can be used for packaging.
