Puffed corn ball making machine

The production process of puffed corn balls mainly includes the following steps:

Raw material preparation: Select high-quality corn as the main raw material. Corn kernels are crushed and mixed to form a dough with a certain consistency

Puffing treatment: Send the mixed dough into the puffing machine. The puffing machine uses high-temperature and high-pressure extrusion to instantly expand the dough, forming fluffy particles. This process requires precise temperature and pressure control to ensure that each puffed corn grain achieves the best taste

Drying and cooling: The expanded particles need to be dried and cooled. This step helps to fix the shape of the particles and remove excess moisture

Forming and packaging: Particles that have been dried and cooled can be made into spherical or other shapes. Finally, use an automatic packaging machine or a measuring packaging machine to package the product for easy storage and sales.
