The production process of puffed corn balls mainly includes the following steps:
Raw material preparation: select high-quality corn, toffee essence and other ingredients for mixing to ensure the freshness and quality of raw materials
Pre treatment: Treat corn through soaking, steaming, and other methods to fully absorb water, which is beneficial for subsequent puffing
Puffing molding: Using a twin-screw puffing machine to puffing processed corn in a high-temperature and high-pressure environment to form spherical products
Drying and seasoning: The puffed corn balls enter the drying equipment to remove excess moisture, and are evenly sprayed with toffee seasoning using a spray gun to enhance flavor
Quality inspection and packaging: After quality inspection, the product enters the automatic packaging equipment to ensure freshness and hygiene during transportation and storage
