Process flow of puffed food processing equipment

The process flow of puffed food production line mainly includes the following steps:


Raw material preparation: Firstly, select and remove impurities such as sand and stones from rice, corn, and other raw materials. Then crush and sieve the rice and corn separately to ensure uniform particle size


Mixing: mix the crushed Rice noodles and corn flour in proportion, and keep proper moisture content (10% -14%)


Filling: Choose suitable filling materials, such as cream, heat and melt them, then cool them to the appropriate temperature and mix them evenly with various fillings


Puffing and filling: The mixed material is fed into a puffing machine and puffed through high temperature and high pressure. At the same time, the filling is evenly injected through a sandwich mold to form puffed pastry


Shaping and cutting: The puffed material is shaped by a shaping machine and cut into puffed foods of a certain length and uniform thickness


Baking: The purpose of baking is to improve the taste and shelf life of the product, by curing some of the filling and producing a fragrance through baking


Spray oil and seasoning: Spray salad oil or other seasoning oil in the drum to prevent the product from absorbing moisture, while spraying seasoning to improve taste and flavor


Packaging: Finally, use a pillow packaging machine for sealed packaging to ensure that the product is aesthetically pleasing and neat
