The process flow of floating fish feed production equipment mainly includes the following steps:
Raw material processing: Firstly, the main raw materials such as fish meal, soybean meal, wheat flour, etc. are screened, cleaned, and crushed to remove impurities and defective materials, ensuring the quality and particle size uniformity of the raw materials.
Mixed granulation:
Pre mixed material screening: Weigh and screen the processed raw materials in a certain proportion, and inject trace additives into the pre mixed material screening machine for preliminary mixing.
Mixing: Send the premix into a horizontal mixer for mixing, so that various feed ingredients are evenly mixed.
Granulation: The stirred mixture is fed into a pulverizer for shearing and cracking into smaller particles, which are then fed into a granulator for shaping to form pellet feed 1 with a diameter of 1-10mm.
Drying and cooling:
Drying: Feed the freshly formed pellet feed into the dryer for drying, gradually reducing the moisture content of the feed to around 7% -9%.
Cooling: Send the dried feed into a cooling machine for cooling, reducing the feed temperature to the same level as the ambient temperature to prevent mold and spoilage.
Puffing treatment: High temperature (110-200 ℃), high pressure (25-100kg/cm ²), and high shear force treatment are carried out in the extrusion chamber to gelatinize starch, denature protein, and form fluffy and porous feed pellets.
Final processing: The puffed feed is cooled and dried to room temperature and moisture content below 12% before packaging.
Equipment composition: The main equipment of the floating fish feed production line includes a mixer, feeder, puffing machine, granulator, dryer, cooler, etc. Large production lines will also be equipped with operating platforms, storage bins, and other facilities.
Technical features: Floating fish feed, due to its light density, can be suspended on the water surface, making it suitable for fish farming on the water surface. Puffing treatment gives the feed a high-temperature instantaneous characteristic, high starch gelatinization degree, protein denaturation, and improves the digestion and palatability of the feed.
