Jinan Sunrising Technology Co., Ltd. will undertake the construction of infant food processing standard 600-800kg/h puffed corn flour production line. The puffed corn flour production line is mainly used for the single raw material of puffed grains, mainly rice flour or corn flour. The bulk density of puffed products is required to be 140g/L before crushing and 450g/L after puffing
The main equipment of the production line: dust-free feeding station, paddle mixer, temporary storage bin, twin-screw extruder, negative pressure conveying-drying and cooling integrated machine, dust removal pulverizer, screening machine, finished product warehouse.
The automatic process of production configuration is relatively high, there is no manual intervention in the whole process except for feeding, all food contact requirements are 304, and there is no dead angle cleaning.
