The process flow of the artificial rice production line mainly includes the following steps:

Mixing and feeding: first, mix Rice noodles with other additives, add proper amount of water, fully mix evenly, and then use the feeding machine to transport the mixed raw materials to the feeding hopper of the extruder

Extrusion molding: In an extruder, raw materials are molded into rice particles through the extruder's mold under high pressure. The control cabinet of the extruder can adjust the process parameters to produce rice grains of different shapes

Vibration screening: The extruded particles pass through a vibration screen to remove excess viscosity and temperature, preventing the particles from sticking together

Drying treatment: The particles are transported by a blower to a multi-layer oven for drying treatment. The oven temperature can be adjusted between 0-200 degrees to ensure that the particles are fully dried and increase the shelf life

Cooling and packaging: The dried particles are cooled to room temperature by a cooling conveyor and then packaged
