The process flow of the sandwich rice fruit production line mainly includes raw material preparation, powder mixing, conveying, extrusion puffing, core injection, shaping and cutting, conveying, drying, oil spraying, seasoning, and packaging.  ‌

Raw material preparation: Mix rice, corn, glutinous rice and other raw materials in proportion, and add sandwich materials (such as cream, peanut butter, chocolate sauce) for pre-treatment.  ‌

Mixing flour: mix the mixed raw materials and glutinous rice flour in proportion, add water and mix them into dough.  ‌

Conveying: The dough is conveyed to a twin-screw extruder through a feeding machine.  ‌

Squeezing and puffing: The twin-screw extruder expands the dough at high temperature and high pressure to form hollow tubular rice husks.  ‌

Core injection: Inject the sandwich material into the puffed rice germ.  ‌

Plastic cutting: Cut the rice germ into regular shapes using a plastic cutting machine.  ‌

Drying: Multi layer ovens or gas dryers are used to dry rice fruits.  ‌

Spray seasoning: Double drum seasoning machine or weighing double head octagonal seasoning machine sprays oil for seasoning rice fruits.  ‌

Cooling: The cooling equipment solidifies the rice and lowers the temperature.  ‌

Packaging: The pillow packaging machine or pillow packaging line completes the final packaging.  ‌
